MORE RESCUE DOGS REHOMED >>>>>>>

Poppy

This gorgeous girl is approx. 8 years old. Her owner has died and she was taken into rescue. She is now in foster care. She is good with other dogs but can be overprotective when on the lead so will need an experienced owner. She will bark at visitors but has not shown any aggression. Poppy barks when she is excited loves baths and being groomed. We would not rehome her with children as we have no history of her with them. She will bond very quickly with her owner and be a very loyal girl.

Cass

cass gsd

This pretty girl is 6 yr old, unspayed bitch, Cass. A nice looking sable bitch, who has a lovely laid back temperament. not microchipped or vaccinated. Housetrained, travels well. Cass has been well socialised with dogs, cats & small children, so could live with any or all 3! Pulls on the lead, but has great recall. Cass is in really good health and still, loves to play ball. Needs a new home as her owner is moving into accommodation where Cass isn't allowed to go.

Princess

princess

This beauty is 6 yr old, spayed bitch, Princess. A really, nice friendly girl, who has had an awful life so far. Princess & her brother Buster, also up for rehoming, have been kept outside in a shed all their lives. Could be rehomed together, or separately. Princess walks nicely on the lead, a friendly calm girl, who is a pleasure to be around.

Buster

buster

This handsome guy is 6 yr old, entire male, Buster. A really friendly dog, lives with Princess, also up for rehoming. Could go together or separately. Buster has had an awful life so far, being kept outside, with just a shed as shelter. Is clean in his kennel. Takes treats very gently and sits nicely to give you his paw. A great dog.

Prince

prince gsd

This gorgeous boy is entire male Prince. Picked up as a stray, did his time in the pound. Prince is approximately 2 yrs old & in good health. Seems friendly with all other dogs. Travelled well in the car. Prince is an affectionate dog, needs confidence building. A definite ladies man!

Zac

zac gsd

Zac came to us with his brother Max who has now found a new home. Zac is Black and Tan entire male he is 4 yrs old he has lived with children and of course with another dog.we are told that he has never shown any aggression. He has not been socialised much. Since being in our kennel Zac has been a good boy, he doesn't seem bothered by the other dogs, he is just a very nice boy waiting for a new home like his brother Max.The reason these boys were up for rehoming was that the owner was moving and could not take either dog with her.

Tyson

tyson gsd

Tyson was living with 2 small children he needed to be re homed due to domestic problems. He is now in a foster home and this is what they have said about him. Tyson is a handsome large neutered male with a lot of patience and warm, soft nature. He is 8 years old. Gets on with other dogs (both males and females).Living with 2 GSD's  On the walks he is interested in dogs and humans passing by but does not pull on the leash. Just wants to sniff them. He walks very nicely on the leash and has no desire to chase anything. Recall unknown. After the walk, there is nothing better for him than lying down and sleep. Tyson will bark when somebody comes to the door but a firm “no” will put a stop to this. Travelled in a car with us ok. He likes cuddling and humans attention but is not pushy about it. Takes treats very gently from your hand. We are looking for a quiet home for him where there are no small children but with someone who can provide consistent routine (he still can manage 2 hours walk) and gentle, calm relationship for him with clear directions and limitations.

Marcus

marcus

This is 5-year old Marcus, a very pretty long-coat.  He loves to be with people and never goes very far away, which is surprising considering his awful background.  He’s quiet and rather slow to accept other dogs.  Wormed and flea-treated, he took a while to settle in the kennels, where they think he is lovely but is now eating quite well.

Shadow

epileptic gsd

This boy will need a special family, Shadow is epileptic, roughly every 6-8 weeks he is currently not on medication as both owner and vet felt he was better off. Whilst on the med's he was very subdued. The fits last 30 - 40 sec's and Shadow is fine after. We can give more info on this to anyone willing to give this boy a home. Shadow is 6 yrs old black/tan semi coated entire male. He is good with cats, dogs and children. He lives with all. He is being re-home sadly because of a marriage break up and owner having to work full time and take care of children the dogs are not getting the exercise and attention that they are used too. Shadow has never shown any aggression and is the ideal family dog. Our volunteers said he was a lovely boy who deserves and home.

Mackie

This boy is 3 years old, he is entire he is black/tan semi coated. Mackie has lived with young children and was fine with them. He is not good with cats. Mackie is being rehomed due to a relationship break up. Mackie is now been left for long periods his owner tries to get home at lunch time to let him out. where they have moved too the local children are tormenting Mackie during the day as he like to looks out of the window. When our volunteers went to meet both Mackie and owner, he did bark at them he was not checked but when our volunteer told him he did respond. We feel that Mackie will be a very nice dog but will need to be shown how to behave. He does show aggression in his bark but our volunteers felt he was scared. Whilst they were out side with him local children rode past on bikes and started to bark at Mackie. This boy will have to be taken to kennels as his owner feels he is been unfair trying to keep Mackie.
