Sabre is a stunning young light sable, who has been allowed to dominate the household. As a result he will 'object' to being made to do anything he doesn't like and has bitten one of his owners. He has never bitten, or attempted to bite, anyone else. In experienced hands his issue will be easily resolved.
Sabre greeted our assessor by jumping up, but was quickly stopped and became quite calm and very friendly. At no time did he show any aggression. He was introduced to the assessor's male dog and was, again, calm and friendly. When walked, he does tend to pull on the lead; we were told he has no recall and is, therefore, never allowed off-lead.
Sabre has recently been diagnosed with hip dysplasia and panosteitis, for which he is now on Previcox.
All-in-all, a beautiful boy who will benefit from being in an experienced home
