Charlie Dog Cruelty Case2
This is Charlie now after some TLC in a foster home.
April 2011 - what a difference a few weeks makes and there is a massive improvement compared to Charlie as he was before.
'This is what our volunteer says:
'Charlie has now come off all his medication - Yay! Bar the ongoing baths he's still having to have twice a week, although I expect this will go down very shortly to one a week.'
I'd just like to add that I think it may be better to re-home to someone who already has a dog, although this may not be a requirement. Also if they already have a dog, it will need to be older or the same age as Charlie, or just very stable and assertive, otherwise I think Charlie will push his luck and take the micky. Also regarding children, he is nervous of anyone who approaches him on all fours (adults or children alike), and will growl or bark (he's never shown any aggression though) - hence why we'd recommend a family with older children who are dog aware!
Beautiful Charlie - much happier now.
Hair is growing back nicely
Adopt me please!
Charlie sys come play with me.
