Urgent foster or forever home needed by 25/7

Valencia is sadly the victim of a domestic incident and will need a place almost immediately or she is booked to be euthanised on Saturday through no fault of her own

Valencia is a Black and Tan short coated entire female

Valencia is sadly reactive towards other dogs when on the lead so we would be looking for a home where she’s the only pet in the home

She does bark when somebody comes to the door and her owner said she jumps up but our volunteer only saw a gentle girl who just wanted to have some love and sniff

Valencia is currently walked on a long line and has never been let off

She is strong initially on the lead but does settle the longer she’s out, she saw people and traffic and was not bothered

Our volunteer didn’t see any dogs while out but we are told she would bark when she sees dogs or cats

Valencia is crate trained

Valencia really needs a GSD savy home where she can have the time to settle in to where the environment is peaceful so possibly a home with a couple or somebody retired

She has lived with children but we think a more adult home would be better with perhaps visiting kids introduced at a later date
