TYSON - ESSEX

This lovely boy is Tyson and sadly his owner has passed away , family are unable to take him on so he is looking for a new home.

Tyson is still very much a puppy at the tender age of 3. He is entire so will be adopted under a neuter contract and he is vaccinated .

The volunteer was meet by a VERY enthusiastic young man, jumping up in excitement and barking. At no point did the volunteer see aggression just a very big puppy wanting all the attention. He kept on barking until eventually the carer put him in the kitchen until he calmed down.

Tyson is tall but not of a stocky build, he needs some muscle building but it is thought that he is not exercised properly. He looks in very good condition.

He has lived in the same home since a pup and is at present being cared for by the owners daughter, but the house being council is likely to be taken back. 

Tyson is said to get on with children but we would look at older teenage uowards due to his excitement and mouthing. 

Tyson is said to be good with other dogs but reactive when he first sees them. Sadly the volunteer didn't meet any dogs at the time of the assessment.

Tyson is fearful of his harness, and didn't want to go out for a walk. The volunteer made a lead and went to take him out but he was extremely nervous and they didn't get very far. She believes away from the home with time and the correct collar and leas he will learn quickly that walks are for enjoyment, not to be worried about.

Tyson can also open doors..... something to bear in mind.

Tyson has the intelligence to learn, he needs boundaries as can be a bit pushy and his learning has been lacking in consistency. He is a big puppy with behaviours that need training out of him BUT he needs a calm quiet adopter not a shouter , someone who will be calm and firm as with this approach we feel they will be rewarded with good results very quickly.

He has the cutest head tilts when trying to work out what you want from him. This gorgeous lad has the potential with time and patience to be a great dog in the right hands
