Tsuki seemed like a well-natured, content dog. After an initial greeting of barking and one jump-up, she soon settled and became uninterested in me. She loved getting her photo taken and is very treat-focused (perhaps why she is very overweight.
Unfortunately, I couldn't walk her because of the heatwave; it was too hot. The owner tells me she is currently working with a dog behavioralist because when he walked her, he was nervous about her reacting to other dogs, as she would lunge and bark. She has made amazing progress and now responds well to ignoring other dogs. She is very good on lead; she only pulls when she finds a spot to go to the toilet, but is usually happy to plod along and sniff.
We have since reached out to the owner for videos of her being walked outside.
