THIS DOG WAS PUT TO SLEEP BY OWNER
Meet the beautiful Spirit who is looking for a new home due to a marriage breakdown
She is currently being left for 9hrs a day which is just heartbreaking for a nervous little girl
Spirit barked initially when our volunteer arrived but quickly jumped up to say hello
We currently don’t know if Spirit could live with another dog so our volunteer is going to go back and see if she can walk her to judge her reaction
With that in mind at the moment she would be best as the only pet in the home
Spirit loves to play fight and enjoys playing with her toys
She does pull on the lead and will bark if she sees somebody but this is purely because she’s not been socialised in her little life
Spirit isn’t keen initially on men but after 3-4 visits she is fine
We are looking for an experienced home where the adopters are home the majority of the time and can work with this little girl to overcome her nervousness
A quiet adult only home would suit best
