SCAR - OXFORDSHIRE

 This lovely boy is sadly looking for a new home due to a drastic change in his families circumstances.

Scar is vaccinated and microchipped but will be adopted with a neuter contract in place.

He has not lived with young children but has been fine with visiting children. We would be looking for a home with older children.

Scar is said to be fine with female dogs but is reactive to male dogs. This could change when he is neutered or with a family prepared to take some time to socialise him.

We are looking for a cat free home.

Scar is well behaved and knows his commands. He is never walked off lead therefore has no recall, but this again could be worked on.

Scar was bought in lockdown and missed out on his socialisation. His owner is lovely but was an inexperienced dog powner when he purchased Scar. He admits that he has made mistakes along the way but Scar is super friendly and calm.

He weighs in at about 50kg so he is not a small boy.

The volunteer arrived and was greeted by a very calm friendly boy. She thought he was gorgeous with lovely manners.

Scar would thrive in an active family home with people who want to spend time with him. He loves the outdoors and his walks.

We think initially he should be the only dog in the home but he could with careful introductions live with a calm female.
