Sasha in Norfolk

SUPER SASHA is rehomed

Poor Sasha is not in the right home. Her owners recognize this and want her to have a better life. She was bought privately a few weeks ago but it was obvious from the first that her present environment was not the place for her.

Sasha is a bouncy untrained big pup. She wants to play with the other animals but they are small. She flattens the ducks and cats and her small dog companion. She needs to learn to play acceptably and this might mean supervised play sessions, on a long line, with correction whenever she becomes over exhuberant.

Likewise, her lead training is non existent. She will need to be taken back to basics and re trained how to walk. Currently she is walked on a harness which enables, and even encourages, her to pull. We would recommend a dogmatic and slow work that will calm her down when she is exercised rather than exciting her.

All of this is very basic stuff to an experienced GSD owner. There is nothing here that should deter anyone, who has the experience and the energy from adopting this girl. She is basically a sweet natured yob, who has never been taught better She needs to learn that there are boundaries and that she is safe with a calm confident leader who will care for her. She is a lost soul at the moment.

Are you the leader who can rescue this little lost soul?
