ROGUE - EAST SUSSEX

What a handsome young man Rogue is. Sadly looking for a new home as he is being left for long periods of time.

Rogue is said to be good with children of all ages.

If introduced slowly then he could be ok with other dogs, but this would need to be done over a period of time.

Rogue is unknown around cats.

The volunteer was met by a bouncy boy who just wanted to say hello. He has lived with other dogs, but he has always lived outside. He would easily make the transformation to an inside dog.

The volunteer says that Rogue is a cracking dog in a lovely condition. He was fabulous with the young daughter.

Rogue is a retiring police dog, so the home we find must be very special. Rogue loves to work and will need a lot of time and patience from an experienced handler to learn not to be in work mode and become a family pet. He is retiring early due to spurs on his spine. This condition is not cureable and for a normal family pet wouldn't be an issue but he can no longer be a serving police dog.

Rogue has been taught to pull at the end of the lead being at work this has not been discouraged. He will react to dogs outside the home but again he has lived companiably with other dogs in the home. When the other dogs first arrived he wasn't keen but his owner has put in a lot of work and now they are the best of friends.

If you think that you can offer Rogue the home he needs and deserves please get in touch
