Nova

Meet our very own pocket rocket Nova

Nova is a 14mths old Black and Tan short coat female who’s currently not spayed

Nova was very excited when our volunteer arrived, she barked but didn’t jump up or nip

Nova will bark if left and we think suffers from separation anxiety due to having two homes as we know of in her short life

Nova is fed kibble twice a day and is house trained

Nova currently lives with a very small dog that she thinks is a toy so they have had to be separated, we are told she is good with dogs her own size but we didn’t see any dogs when our volunteers took her out

Nova has never been off lead as the current owners are not sure she had recall due to the fact they have only had her 4mths

Nova knows her basic commands and will sit and take treats nicely

She is excellent when meeting people but will chase a cat

Nova can open doors so the front door is always locked

Nova is excellent at the vets

A ball is Novas best friend and will lay down with her ball when told

We are looking for an adopter who is home the majorly of the time, who is prepared to put in the time to input the confidence back into this little lady whose had an unsettling start

We wouldn’t recommend young children as she’s not been around them

Nova is a little project who will most certainly reward you tenfold if she’s given the chance
