NALA - SURREY

Lovely Nala is 4 years old and sadly looking for a new home due to a change in her owners circumstances.

Nala is vaccinated microchipped but at present unspayed. She will be adopted under a neuter contract.

Nala is fine with children of all ages.

We are unsure how Nala reacts to other dogs. She currently lives with another shepherd but is reactive when out and about. This could be lack of socialisation or lead reactivity. Nala is wary of the outside world and oios opn high alert. She will react to other dogs, but this is slowly bewing worked on in her current foster home abnd will need to be continued with any adopter.

We need a cat free home for this young lady.

Nala loves people especially those that love dogs. She happily greeted our volunteer.

Nala is very underweight and in need of nutrition. She has recently been to the vets and everything has come back clear. She was kennelled for a period of time and this is when she lost weight, could have been stress of being away from her owners. 

Her foster carer has worked his magic on her coat and she is slowly gaining weight.

Nala does suffer from seperation anxiety, and really doesn't like to be left for very long. She is currently being crate trained and that is going really well. She can be left for upto half and hour. Again with toime and patience she will be happier being left for longer periods.

Please find it in your heart to give this lovely girl a chance. We feel she should be the only dog in the home. She will need work in the outside world. Nala is intelligent  and eager to learn, very toy focussed which is an advantage. On the positive side she is lovely in the home, and great with people of all ages.
