We would consider foster to get her out of kennels and into a loving home.
Do you remember Mika she came into rescue with her sister, Ruby, as their owner had sadly died. Ruby got adopted within weeks but we needed to separate them as she was bullying poor Mika and it was really holding her back and not nice to see. Mika is now ready for her forever home, although she is still a little nervous on first meeting her she does blossom after a few minutes. She will really benefit with a male dog in the household as she relies on her mates at the kennels and spends most days running around with them.
When out and about she can be slightly nervous but you just need to be confident and take the lead, this comforts her.
Mika is desperate now to go into a home as we feel this would really help her to gain her confidence to have the best life ever. She’s such a wonderful dog.
