Marc Anthony is a sad boy. He is grieving the loss of his 'sister', with whom he lived originally in the USA. They came to the UK together and he is now a lonely boy and is grieving her loss. He is a friendly with both dogs and cats and he loves to play.
In addition to missing this, and the companionship of his 'sister,' he is overwhelmed by two additions to the family. The two year old child is extremely boisterous and throws toys at Marc Anthony. He is frightened when this happens and hides under the table. He is fine with the younger child who cannot bully him. In view of these traumatic experiences with younger children, we feel that he should only be rehomed in a child free family or one with older children only.
Marc Anthony is a classically beautiful GSD has the basics of training and walks well on the lead. He will require an experienced owner who can build upon this, as he has been used to being walked in a prong collar and might try to take advantage, when this is replaced by a more humane arrangement. Additionally, he is a strong guard and any new owner must observe a strict protocol to ensure that guests feel comfortable in his presence. This can be dealt with easily but it could become an issue, unless there is strong leadership and good practice.
Marc Anthony sadly is abused and unhappy. His situation is precarious, through no fault of his own. He needs a good loving home, where he can be the centre of attention, extremely urgently.
