LOTTIE - SURREY

Lottie is a lovely 4 year old girl sadly looking for a new home due to her owner being poorly. A friend has offered to foster her but cannot keep her long term and sadly her owner will not be able to take her back.

Lottie barked when the volunteer arrived but quickly became inquisitive but there was no jumping or nipping.

She can be left for upto 3 hours withour incident.

Lottie travels well in the car, she loves a trip out

Lottie had lived with another dog in her first home, her present owner has had her for approximately a year. When he took her on she was underweight. Looks in perfect condition now.

Lottie ios good on the lead and is said to have good recall. (she will obviously need to build a bond before testing this)

Lottie is quite nervous of strangers approaching. The volunteer sat on the floor and threw her some treats to break the ice.

It would seems that Lottie is fearful of olther dogs and will run away. Like anything with slow introductions this could change as she has lived with another dog but a fair while ago.

In short it would seem that up until Lottie was 3 she didn't have a good life. Sadly now her new owner cannot keep her for health reasons which leaves her looking for her 3rd hopefully and final home. She will need time and space to settle and trust. She is a lovely friendly sweet girl when she knows you. Work will be needed with other dogs and people outside but she loves her walks and playing with her favourite ball.
