Laado-Leicestershire

Meet lovely Laado

Laado is a beautiful 5-year-old spayed girl who is sadly looking for a new home through no fault of her own. Her family are moving abroad and, although it’s been a heartbreaking decision, they feel it would be kinder for her to remain in the UK.

Laado is a really sweet, affectionate girl who absolutely loves people and enjoys plenty of fuss and attention. She’s very clever, knows lots of commands and has a lovely personality, although she can be a little stubborn when she wants to be!

She enjoys her walks, playing ball and spending time in the garden, but is equally happy relaxing at home. She’s housetrained and will let you know when she wants to go out. She’s even clever enough to open doors herself if they’re unlocked! She’s fed on dry food, travels well in the car and can be left for up to six hours.

Laado can initially pull on the lead because she’s excited to be out, but soon settles and walks nicely. She will need some work on her recall, as she hasn’t been let off lead since chasing a deer. She’s also very interested in sheep and will happily stand and stare at them!

Laado can be nervous around other dogs and may bark when she sees them on walks. Her new owner will need to be willing to work with her on this, helping her build confidence and feel more comfortable around other dogs. We feel she’d be happiest as the only dog in the home.

Laado can also be nervous of new things and situations and may need a little reassurance to help her feel safe and confident. She’s not keen on motorbikes and can be a little nervous at the vets too.

We’re looking for someone with breed experience who can offer Laado a loving, patient and understanding home, giving her the reassurance and guidance she needs.

Laado really is a lovely girl with so much love to give. She’s been very much loved by her family and deserves to find someone who will love her just as much
