We are posting this beautiful boy in the hope that we can find him his retirement home....

Iggy is a trained police dog who at the grand old age of 9 will be retiring early next year. He is said to be fit and well and considered an elder statesman in terms of working GSD's. He is very obedient but does not mix well with other dogs or animals in general. He has never shown aggression towards humans in the past but as a trained police dog he is trained to bite in the line of duty.

Iggy would really like to find a loving retirement home where he can rest his paws and enjoy the years that he has left . He is said to be good around children and all people. He is routinely used on school and nursery visits. Although he has spent his life kennelled the police think that he will adjust very well to family life and sleeping in fron toof the fire

We are looking for a very  special home who have an understanding of the breed. Being a working dog he will still need exercise and stimulation.

Could you offer Iggy the retirement he deserves ??
