The lovely Ada is just 2 years old and through no fault of her own looking for her forever home.
The volunteer arrived to meet Ada, she was on a lead and barking. She continued to bark until the volunteer offered her a treat. She took the treat and then decided to have a sniff and check out the intruder..... After that she took her self off and settled down.
Whilst out walking she will react to everything that she sees. Sadly her owners are walking her at night to avoid the lunging and barking. This means that she isn't being introduced to the things that scare her. With some time patience and hard work, drip feeding the things that scare her most we think tat she could be turned round.
Ada lives with children and isn't phased by them at all. She is very happy in there company, they can take away her food and play with her toys. She loves her family
Ada is not for a novice owner. She needs someone prepared to work on her anxieties and someone who understands that she will need time and lots of it to settle and trust the people she lives with. She will be a wonderful loyal companion. Once she has gained your trust she will then need work in the outside world, slowly being introduced to the world and the fun that it can offer. Ada is not aggressive just very fearful of the unknown
Do you have time patience and the skills required to help this beautiful lady ??
