Freya is a beautiful black German Shepherd bitch. She is two years old and is looking for a new home as her current owners cannot cope with her reactivity.
Freya is a nervous girl who is very wary of people visiting the home. She was very reactive when our volunteer first went to meet her, although she did settle after a little while and came up to give them a sniff.
This stunning girl once had an unpleasant encounter with a dog and has since been reactive to other dogs. She doesn’t get along with cats so she will need to be the only pet in the home. She will not be rehomed with children.
She is looking for an experienced German Shepherd owner who can help her overcome her anxieties and reactivity, possibly with the help of one of our trusted dog trainers.
This poor girl is scared of loud noises and even moving shadows so she will require a lot of love and patience and some one on one training.
In the home, Freya is a loving girl with people she knows. She’s a clever and playful girl and with the help of a confident owner, she will blossom.
