Ember-Northamptonshire

Meet Ember, who is looking for her new home due to no fault of her own.

Ember will be two years old in May.

She is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Ember came over to the UK from America with her family.

Ember now lives in a busy area, and her owners are struggling to be consistent with her training to overcome her reactivity towards other dogs. She has been seen by dog trainers but does require somebody who is willing to give her time and patience to help her.

She knows her commands: sit, down, stay, wait, and come.

Ember will bark at strangers when they come to the house. She will jump up and mouth.

Ember is crated at night and when she is left on her own for a couple of hours. She is clean in the house and will let you know if she wants to go to the toilet.

Ember currently lives with a two-year-old child. She is very bouncy and can be nippy, so we would rehome with older children only.

Ember has never lived with a dog, so will require a pet-free home.

Our volunteer said Ember is a lovely girl who gets excited when she meets new people.
