BOWSIE - LONDON

URGENT FOSTER / FOREVER HOME NEEDED.......

Meet Bowsie who is a 3-year-old GSD neutered Male. He is from Romania and has pedigree papers.

Sadly due to his lack of care before be taken in by his current foster he has had to be shaved so is not looking his best.... Please don't let this put you off he is a wonderful boy with a fabulous character.

Bowsie has been moved from pillar to post in the last three weeks. He was taken on by a security handler from his previous owner who neglected Bowsie. His fur was badly matted he had to be shaved. Bowsie spent two weeks with the security handler but it wasn’t working out because Bowsie was “too gentle” and he was being kept in tiny cage 24 hours a day in a van.

Bowsie is now in a foster home with a lovely gentleman (not one of ours) but unfortunately due to circumstances of the housing arrangements he cannot look after Bowsie so it’s getting desperate to find this lovely lad a foster home or better a forever home.

His current foster has taken Bowsie to work on the tube and spends the day at his office. He has also left him at his apartment and has never chewed anything apart from when his foster has been there and wasn’t watching. It seems Bowsie wants to play with other dogs while he is out but the foster hasn’t been taking him out when it’s been busy and will avoid parks. He doesn’t show any aggression. Bowsie hasn’t been around children other than seeing them out on his walks and he gets excited but that may be because he loves toys especially balls!

He really is a blank canvas with a sweet personality and responds well to calmness
His foster describes him as a clumsy teenager.

Bowsie needs an owner that can carry on with his training and to socialise him to bring out the best in him. He really deserves the best and I honestly think he will make a great companion.
