Biscuit - Berkshire

Biscuit - Berkshire
Biscuit is in urgent need of a new home as her owner is moving abroad.

She is a lovely girl but nervous of people she doesn't know so will need an experienced home with someone who is prepared to give her time to adjust and build up her trust. Biscuit is not aggressive but she will try to avoid people that come to the home, once this girl has had time to settle and build up a trusting relationship with her new adopters she will be the most loyal girl.

Biscuit was loving with another dogs who has now been re homed, she is living with a cat so she could go to a home with a happy friendly dog who may help to bring her out of her shell a little, and show her that there is nothing to worry about. She is also living with a child who is 9 years old so we would be happy for her to go into a home with older children who are going to respect her when she wants to be left alone.

She is very good to walk on the lead and with her current owner has great recall but they have a good bond. Any new home will need to slowly let her adjust and leave her to come to you rather than you go to her. In her own time she will come to see you, with no pressure will gain her trust. When she is relaxed she loves to play ball and takes treats gently from your hand.
