Meet Ben who is just the softest nicest boy we’ve met in a while, he is completely a love bug

Ben is a 7 yrs old semi coated whose neutered

Ben is loving, caring and very eager to please

He is very sadly being rehomed through no fault of his own, his owner is in poor health and can no longer take Ben for the long walks and play like they used to

Ben is very sprightly and loves to run and chase the ball, although he’s 7 he believes he’s still a teenager

Ben has been brought up since a puppy with children so could live with over 7’s

Ben travels well in the car and likes his food, he is a little anxious about people touching his bowl but has never shown his teeth etc just stiffens his body so his owner just feeds him in the kitchen and doesn’t disturb him until he’s finished eating

Ben walks well on a halti and will pull with excitement when he sees another dog but only because he wants to play, he’s never been allowed off the lead so we don’t know what his recall would be like but this is something that could easily be worked on as Ben is so good and interacting with people

We would be looking for a home for Ben where he is the only dog initially in the home and where he would have the interaction and play with other dogs who visit or he’s taken to meet when out

Where the adopters are retired or work from home as Ben isn’t used to being left

Ben is not tested with cats
