Bella is a beautiful 3 year old girl who is looking to be re homed due to time commitments. Bella greeted our volunteer very well and was showering her with kisses and gladly giving a paw for a treat. Throughout the meet Bella happily lay on her bed and was quite happy in her own space. Outside she was found to be particularly strong on a traditional collar and lead and with a little training and the use of a head collar our volunteer felt Bella would settle. Bella is much better behaved for the male of the house and he says off lead she is good but can get distracted. Around other dogs she appears wary and can get her hackles up but our volunteer met a couple of barking dogs in the distance and Bella just listened and watched and didnt react (she is also walked sometimes by a dog walker and obviously around other dogs). All in all Bella is a sweetheart and in a GSD savvy home will surely thrive and be the perfect companion.
