Bella is a 3 year old unspayed black long coated shepherd who is vaccinated and microchipped.
Sadly they have moved and the landlord will not allow them to keep the dog.
The volunteer found a very exciteable young lady keen to sday hello by barking and jumping upo but no aggression seen.
It is felt that due to her exuberancy she would be best suited to living with older children.
She is said to bark at dogs when out of the home. Mainly through lack of socialisation. She has sadly never been off lead so recall is zero. Whilst these are things that need to be worked on, in the right hands and with slow careful introductions she may decide that other dogs are playmates. She is quite frustrated when out as she has never had the oppurtunity to run off her energy and enjoy herself. Initially a freedom field to give her that chance and to work on her recall would be best.
She is not cat tested.
She has never chewed but isn't left for too long. She has rarely been in a car.
Bella is not keen to have a bath or interact with water in general !!
The volunteer said that she is a lovely girl who has not a bad bone in her body, just needs a calm home to give her the life that she so deserves
