Bear is a 15 month old bundle of energy. He is half German and half Caucasian Shepherd and loves to play. He has lacked some direction to date and has no manners, he needs an experienced owner that will show him how to behave in public, as he can be reactive, thinking he needs to protect whoever he is with. This is controllable with firm handling and reassurance. He currently lives with two other Sheps and loves to play. He would probably be better if he wasn’t an only dog. He needs lots of room to run about and play and he loves to be outside (his coat is very thick). He is a beautiful boy, very affectionate and willing to please, he just needs time and patience. He would be better initially with older children, although he has lived with younger children and was great with them. He can be vocal, but lot of this is attention seeking. He generally walks well on a lead, but can lunge at people and dogs in some situations. He will make a fabulous pet for the right people.
