BEAR - ESSEX

Where to start with this lovely boy.... Bear is sadly looking for a new home due to a drastic change in his owners circumstanes.

Bear loves his owner and feels the need to protect him. He lives in a flat but the volunteer feels that there are very few if any visitors which has made Bear more protective of his home.

Bear grew up with in a family environment with children of all ages. He was a happy boy, his owner has trained him well. Circumstances changed and Bear now spends a lot of time on his owner whilst his owner is working.

He is said to be fine with other dogs, can get a bit mouthy but has never been in a fight. He is a protective boy and can look quite scary but has never hurt anyone.  He is strong when on a lead but said to have a good recall off lead.

Bear is nervous of strangers but given time will settle. He is also wary of some dogs, small or large, its just something about the dog that worries him. He will lunge and bark but if the dog keeps coming he wants to run away.

Bear NEEDS an experienced home with an understanding of a working lines dog. Bear is an intelligent boy and very trainable. He is bored living in a flat waiting for his owner to come home. He needs that mental and physical stimulation and needs to learn from his owner that he will be protected, he doesn't need to protect.

Whilst he needs a special home if you are that home and can offer Bear the experience please get in touch...
