Bear - Cheshire

Cheshire area

Meet one of the softest and friendliest Bear who will be 4 next month and is very sadly being rehomed due to divorce and his mum having to leave the property at the end of the month

Bear behaved as a typical GSD when our volunteer arrived at his home, he was super excited to have lots of fuss and Bear took an instant liking to the female volunteer, jumping up excitedly with his tail wagging, Bear is a big strong handsome boy

Bear knows a number of commands and was quick to demonstrate these as instructed by his owner, he does need some work on his manners but he certainly has more than the basics

Bear was initially strong on the lead but did settle down and when asked to heel he did walk much better and didn’t pull

Bear didn’t react to traffic but will bark when he sees another dog but this is Bear communicating, he has never shown any signs of aggression and can be introduced to other dogs

Bear doesn’t like cats and will chase them

He travels well in the car and is fully house trained

Bear could live with children over 8

With a little training Bear could truly be a great boy within a new family

GSD Bear needs a new home
