This sweet boy is Zeus a 2 year old neutered boy who is sadly looking for a new home as he is having problems with the youngest child in the home and his owners have lost trust in him.
Zeus is used to having the run of 5 acres to come and go as he pleases. He lives with another dog and 3 children.
The volunteer was greeted by a very excited young man who was very pleased to make her acquaintance. He pulls on the lead but not as much as she thought he would. His recall is a little hit and miss but the owners have never had to worry. Recall and lead walking will need some work.
The volunteer fell in love with this cheeky boy and would have happily snuck him in the boot of her car and taken him home.
Zeus would ideally need a home with older children or no children. He could happily live with a female dog and would do better in a more rural area as he does at the moment.
With a little work stability and boundaries he will be a fabulous addition to your family. Confidence is the key with this young man. Time and patience will be needed giving him time to settle and adjust to his new surroundings.
