OZZY - EAST SUSSEX

Ozzy is a handsme young man of 18 months who is sadly looking for a new home as his owners have had a cpmplaint from the neighbours and it has made them realise that they are not giving him what he needs.

He flew at the volunteer as she entered the home and was barking incessantly. Once out in the garden he seemed to coalm down but was very nervous. He At currently lives with 2 other smaller dogs.  The dogs are all walked seperately which means that Ozzy is walked every other day for approximately 30 minutes. This isn't enough for a teenager with oodles of energy that needs to be burned off. He walks reasonable well on a lead with a harness. At the park the owner let Ozzy off lead and he happily played ball, a soon a another dog came into site Ozzy was put back on the lead. He is reactive when on lead and will lunge and bark at other dogs.

The family admit that they havemade mistakes by not introducing Ozzy to the world and making his world pea sized. He is not used to viitors and doesn't have play dates with his friends. He barks incessantly in the home charging into the garden and not coming back in when told which has led to the neighour putting in a complaint.

His feeding regime is a little different Dry biscuits are left down all day for the 3 dogs. In the evening the owners cook Chicken, turkey, beef or lamb with rice or vegetables. They will then spoon feed Ozzy the whole meal.

So in all if you have time and patience and think that you can give Ozzy a chance to become the dog that he should be please get in touch. He really deserves a chance to gain confidence and blossom.....
