Nayah - Northumberland

UPDATE:  June 2018 - Nayah is now in foster with an experienced volunteer who is working with her and living with 2 other GSDs.   We will update with progress, she is a nervous girl and will need a GSD experienced owner once ready.   

This is the beautiful Nayah only 6 months old and looking for an experienced,   understanding owner. When I assessed Nayah she barked and circled me until i sat down, then she checked me out as I spoke to her owner.  

Nayah is living in a busy household with lots of children ranging from 2 to 15 years old.   The reason she us up for rehoming is due to her mouthing/biting of the lady owner.  Note she has not done this to anyone else.  

Observing her she was very tolerant of the children running around but she is wary of new people brought into the equation and will put up a good show of barking and hackles up.  She also displays these traits when out on walks. 

Nayah would suit someone who is at home majority of the day and is able to put in some basic training, work on her manners and social skills. She lacks confidence and needs guidance and boundaries.  Another older dog would be good for her to follow and learn some doggie etiquette.  When i left she curled up in her bed and went into a deep sleep.
