Missy in care of RSPCA

Update November 2019: Missy has been taken on by the police for training

Missy is a lovely young girl, who adores a fuss and the company of people. She will need an owner who has the time, patience and experience to work with her.  She will need consistent house and training rules, to make sure she becomes the best dog possible, and to form a strong bond with her forever family.

Missy will need to live with an owner who has experience with German Shepherds, or similar breeds, in a home that is just as active as she is, or even a working home and ideally with someone who is confident in handling reactive dogs. She would happily live with senior school aged children or older(11yrs+) but would like to be the only pet in her forever home as she has never learnt how to interact with other dogs correctly and becomes frustrated quickly, which in turn can lead to aggression. Missy works really well for food and has now been trained to retrieve and play with a ragger, she will happily wear a muzzle for out and about.

We would ideally like to see Missy go to a more rural environment as she will cope better without other dogs being around all of the time and she would love a large fully secure garden to play in.
