Major - Flintshire

Major is a 7-year-old entire male.

Sadly his mum died on 15th Dec and the landlord wants Major gone by 10th Jan meanwhile Major is living on his own!

The owners' sons are visiting, one visits morning the other visits in the afternoon and evening but poor Major is alone from approx 8.30 pm to 9.30 am plus one brother works 4 on 4 off 12hr shifts so when working only the other brother can call.

The brother that our volunteer saw prior to xmas is going on holiday on so 4th January so Major will be home alone in the house.

Major really needs a foster and urgently.

He knows sit and paw but he doesn't know how to react to other dogs...he met our volunteers' dog and she didn't see any aggression but he really had no idea how to react. We don't know about cats or whether he has had any contact with children.

This lovely dog hasn't been walked for months as the owner was ill so he has only had the garden for exercise. Major has had little contact with humans since his owner died and has been pretty much left to his own devices - home alone.

Apparently he loves to play ball and is very affectionate so the last few weeks haven't been good for him. The family don't seem to know very much else about him.

This lovely boy urgently needs a home where he will have some human company and where he will get the exercise and mental stimulation that he needs.
