LUNA - LONDON

Luna is a friendly, loving and playful German shepherd.  Sadly her owners have moved and are now living in a flat which they don't think is fair to her.

Luna is very smart and picks up things quickly. She is crate trained, which is where she sleeps at night.

Luna has had some training from a trainer, which the owner has continued with. She would benefit from continuing her training to make her the best that she can be. Her recall definitely needs some work as sometimes she has selective hearing.

Luna  loves playing tug and sometimes fetch. She is also a big foodie, so she will pull out every trick in the book for a treat. She will lay down for belly rubs and some booty scratches. She can have her moments of being naughty and can be a bit mouthy, but never cause harm.

Luna can be a escape artist sometimes, she would never jump over a fence but could possibley dig her way to Australia if she thought she could sneak under a fence !!

She loves other dogs and loves playing with other dogs, but she can get frustrated if they don't play with her or play chase. She loves playing chase with other dogs, she tends to adjust her play and energy to the size of the dog.

She has been around little children, although not lived with them and she loves when they chase her (if she has something in her mouth) or play fetch - however she has never left her alone with them as she tends to jump up or lick them all over.

Luna  is a sock thief, so she will take any opportunity if she sees socks laying around.

After a recent move she is still a little unsettled in her new environment which is normal. but her owner has been working with her and she is definitely getting better. It is just something to be noted. She tends to want to play constantly, but she does get overstimulated, so she is made  to settle and be calm for period of time.

Luna  is protective of the house, so she can bark if she's in the garden or if she sees a squirrel in the garden and such, but she won't harm anyone

We feel that initially she should be the only dog in the home so that she can have sole focus on her training whilst growing through her teenage years.

In short a lovely young lady who has had initial training and whilst still a work in progress in some areas is a sweet natured girl looking for love.
