KLAUS - HERTFORDSHIRE

OMG..... this boy is absolutely stunning. Klaus is sadly looking for a new home as he can no longer do the job that he was employed to do.

Klaus was bought in from Norway as a puppy and trained as a  home protection dog. He was purchased by the prison service a year ago but due to mild HD he can no longer do the job. He was retired in May and as he is so young he is looking for a new home where he can just learn to be a normal dog and enjoy his life but at the same time he will need a knowledgeable owner who can continue his training and keep him mentally stimulated

Klaus is a big boistrous boy who just loves to play with his ball or tuggy and will lean into you for a big fuss. He only barks on command. He has never lived in a home always in a kennel so wouold need slow careful introduction into the home. He is clean in his kennel.

He has been around the handlers children with no issues but purely due to his size we would only rehome with older children.

Klaus currently resides with a black lab who lives in the next kennel, he does play with his friend in the garden but when out Klaus will bark and spin in circles when he sees another dog. He does pull on the lead but not so bad that you would be pulled over. From his current situation it is obvious that he can live with another dog but he would need an experienced home that could seperate initially and itroduce slowly.

Lots of work needed but ultimately a fabulous loyal pet to be had.... if you are interested or want to know more please get in touch.
