Ben - Hereford

Beautiful little Ben is currently in a foster home near Hereford but he is looking for a permanent home. !!He must go to a home with a resident dog that will show him the ropes!!

Bens is very nervous and only really comes out of himself when he is around other dogs. He will need a quiet, understanding home that will give him the space to come round in his own time.

He is approximately 6 months old so will need all the guidance a puppy requires. He has missed out on a lot of socialisation so his new family will need to gradually introduce him to the big wide world. This must be undertaken at his pace, too much too soon will just make him more fearful.

He must go with another dog that can help to show him that people are good and give him support when he does start to go out on walks and things. He may be able to live with a cat, he is not cat tested but at his age it is generally possible to carry out introductions. He isn’t suited to a home with young children as he will need a quiet space to learn to trust.

If you think you have the right experience to bring this boy out of his shell and turn him in to the dog we know he can be please get in touch, he is desperate for either a foster place or a permanent home.

**Update 4/1/19**

Ben has been very lucky to have gone in to a foster home and is thriving. See his new video to see just how well he is doing!
