Head Shave to Raise Funds for GSDR

Damon, Area Co-ordinator for Eastern Region and Michael Scarlett, another Eastern vollie have had their heads shaved to raise money for GSDR. Over £1000 raised so far.

On Sunday 26th August 2012 Damon Harris, Eastern Region Area co-ordinator, had his head shaved to raise much needed funds for the horrendous amounts of GSDs in need of help from GSDR. This event happened at the All About Dogs Show at the Norfolk Showground in Norwich.

No wonder Jerry is laughing!

So that's your real hair then Damon? Damon with Cassie and Jezza both GSDR dogs. Jezza thinks his Dad is a little crazy to shave off his hair .....but it is a very good cause.

Will Mike be joining Damon in the head shave?

Another one of our wonderful volunteers, Mike Scarlett, agreed that if we got pledges of £1000 he would join Damon and have his head shaved too. Mike has been quite cocky, confident that he was safe but current pledges are at £910.01 Please help us to save as many dogs as possible...and get Damon a partner in the shaving seat.
