Freya - County Durham

Freya is a special girl looking for a special someone to take her on.
She is very anxious, and this translates into her being reactive, especially in the home. She is protective of her current owner and will guard her. Freya is being rehomed because her reactivity has become too much for her owners to handle, so we are looking for an experienced home and a confident owner to guide her and help her on her journey to becoming a happy and well balanced dog. She loves to play ball so that is a great way to get her to focus and do some training.
Freya is strong on the lead and has poor recall, so this will need to be worked on as well.
When she met our volunteer, Freya was reactive at first but after about 15 minutes she was happy to play and get a fuss, so she just needs someone to give her a chance, and it will be so rewarding !
