Roy - Egypt

Roy is in Egypt. Please contact Cleo Collins (contact details below) if you would like to learn more about him and offer him a forever home.

Nowadays Roy is just another happy young dog who is very attractive but hardly remarkable. What inspired me to refer to him as this, is his story. You will not believe this.

Roy was found in the desert, where he had been abandoned to starve to death. His pelvis was broken, in three places, and he had neither eaten nor drunk for days. He was at death's door. He was found by a member of the public, who called the Habiba shelter, and they sponsored his care and are responsible for his very survival. He had to spend a long time at the vets before he could be operated upon, because he was too weak to survive surgery. But eventually, he became well enough for his hip to be repaired and, against all the odds, he has made a full recovery.

What is remarkable about Roy is that now, he is not.

Nowadays, he is just a happy well adjusted friendly boy, who only lacks a forever home. He is more than ready to travel to the UK, if an adopter can be found.

Roy has survived so much, can you be the one to be the 'happy ending' to this remarkable story?

If you can offer Roy the home and love he deserves please contact Cleo Collins on bobslegacydogsanctuary@gmail.com or mobile 07557 26 46 26 or PM on Facebook
