CECE - LONDON

CeCe is sadly back in rescue looking for a new forever home due to her strength when out and about. She is absolutely fine with no distractions but should she see something that she feels she needs to investigate she doesn't stop to think that someone is on the end of the lead and sadly her owner has had a few falls.

Well where do we start with this delightful young lady.... the volunteer wished that she had space in her home for one more as she described her as a beautiful soul.

CeCe (Pronounced CheChe ) is an Akbash Hound rescued from the streets of Iraq. Her owner has worked very hard with her and she has come a long way in the past couple of years. Ce Ce has lived in Italy but has been living in Great Britain for the last 4 years.

She needs to be walked on a gentle leader or other form of headcollar which gives enough control should she wish to react to another dog.. Up until lockdown CeCe was quite happy to play off lead with all dogs, but since then she has had a couple of altercations, she has become quite anxious around strange dogs  and her owner no longer lets her off lead......

CeCe is not possesive around food with people when in the home but if she spots something when out on a walk she is very different... perhaps from her start in life. Loves to chase furries (don't they all)  but apparently far to slow to be a threat. !!

She is scared of loud noises and will retreat into herself in a thunderstorm .

Could this lovely lady be the dog for you. If you are experienced around large breeds, have time and patience please get in touch.
