BUDDY - ISLE OF WIGHT

This young man is looking his forever home as the people that originally adopted him no longer wanted him. We pulled him into foster so that we could find out what was wrong with such a young boy.

Well he is just a typical bouncy pull your strings puppy. He needs whoever takes him to keep on top of his training. He can be quite stubborn but is a gentle soul with a wonderful nature. He has the mind of a puppy in a very large body. He enjoys the outside world as much as being indoors. Now he has settled he has started to enjoy learnig new things. He has settled well with the resident dogs and gets told off when he does something naughty.

He can get over excited so time spent playing needs to be minitored. He is great with the grandchildren that visit, loves to pay with the 9 year old but tends to guard the younger child.

Buddy pulls o the lead, his recall is limited.... he doesn't tend to let his carer out of his sight but if called back to be out on the lead he likes to sit just out of reach ...... He responds better to a whistle. All the above are being worked on daily so slowly he is getting better and learning what is expected of him.

We feel that Buddy would be best suited to an experienced home who will give him time, patience and understanding for training and allowing him to reach his full potential. He will certainly become a valued member of any family that he gets to live with.

In all Buddy althugh big bouncy and highly energetic is also playful affectionate friendly and loyal. He does not have a bad bone in his body.
