Bill - Suffolk

Bill: 'A gorgeous young boy' has now found a home

This is the description given to us by our assessor of Bill. He is a lovely looking cheerful bouncy young dog. Unfortunately Bill has not had the training that he should have had earlier and he has now grown into a big seven month old pup with the training needs of a seven week old. He will make a super dog but he is, unfortunately, in the wrong home. He was bought privately by his present owners, who are struggling with his behaviour. He is more respectful of the husband but Bill can get away with unwanted puppy unruliness with his female owner. He jumps up and mouths and he throws his weight around with his older canine companion. He is a bit of a lout really.

But none of this is his fault of course. He was a pup like any other whose potential was not realized. He has not had either the training or socialization that he should have had. This situation will be well known to anyone who is an experienced GSD owner. Bill would be suited to a quiet child free home with an experienced GSD owner. He needs then to be taken back to basics and retrained.

When this happens he will truly be the gorgeous young boy that our assessor could see in him.
