Bilbo

Bilbo

This very handsome young man is Bilbo who is 22 months old and a German Shepherd / Bucovina Shepherd cross.

He is eager to learn, making him relatively easy to train. He has spent most of his life in kennels where he has been having some training and has come on in leaps and bounds.

Bilbo just loves to play and absolutely loves going for walks for which he appears to have boundless energy. Although a strong lad, Bilbo walks very well on the lead and responds to all the basic commands. Once bonded with you, his recall is very good as long as he is not distracted.

Bilbo is looking for a home where he will be the only dog, without young children, where he can enjoy a big garden in a rural setting and where he will get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.

Bilbo had a few issues in the past, but after a few months of rehab he is doing really well and is becoming a wonderful, friendly dog, though he does need boundaries keeping in place. He has a strong guarding instinct, so needs an experienced home that can help him continue his training and allow him to develop to his true potential. He has a habit of mouthing when playing at the moment which is why we wouldn't put him with young children.

Can you offer the environment this gorgeous young man so desperately needs. Are you that special person that can offer Bilbo a forever home, if so please pick up the phone and make his and our day.
