This poor neglected dog was dumped on us 11th July 2015. Just look at the state he is in.
Apparently he is 10 years old, the owner says he is neutered but doesn't know if he likes other dogs but says he doesn't like cats.
Owner says he barks at people initially when they enter the house but is then very docile, even with children.
This dog has clearly not been cared for properly and is in a terrible state. His coat is appalling, looks like a flea allergy and he has sore ears too. He must be so uncomfortable bless him.
He needs an urgent foster home where he can experience a few home comforts. We will make sure he gets the vet treatment he needs.
Can you offer this boy the TLC that he deserves
