This beautiful young dog is Leo who is around 2 years old, castrated, vaccinated, microchipped and he has his own passport.
Poor Leo was kept in that dreadful filthy cage since he was a puppy, until his release was negotiated by rescuers recently and we agreed to take him on and help him find a home.
So life for young Leo has been limited to time spent by himself in a small cage with little room to move, no interaction with other dogs, cats and only ever seeing his cruel owner when he decided to make an appearance and give Leo food and water.
Despite what has happened to Leo, he is a remarkably nice boy although he will need an experienced home where they can work on his socialisation skills and get him used to meeting people and other animals.
We believe at present that he would be better suited to an adult only home or one with older children only. He would probably be better as the only dog in the house although he may settle with a female companion.
Just a little time and effort will be required to give Leo what he has missed out on
