This beautiful girl is 5 year old spayed Roxy, who is now in kennels again and desperately looking for a new mum and dad to give her a forever home.
Roxy is very good on the lead and absolutely loves a cuddle. She is not great with other dogs but further socialisation will help. She hates cats with a passion.
Roxy does have some food aggression but she will sit and let you put her food down and once finished moves away. She takes treats very gently however and shows no aggression issues with toys.
Roxy loves her tummy being tickled but is not keen on her back end being touched or brushed. She arrived at kennels in a disgusting state which took two people, two days to sort out. A professional groomer had to help as her coat was so bad. Roxy wasn't very happy about this so she had to be muzzled, but grumbled throughout the ordeal. It couldn't have been a pleasant experience for Roxy as her coat was so filthy and badly matted. She now looks and feels much better.
Sadly this lovely girl really needs an understanding home as she has already had several homes through no fault of her own. She would be better in an adult home or in a home with older teenage children, not where there are young children.
