RSPCA Not What They Seem

The RSPCA - Not what they seem!!

RSPCA figures for 2008 show that they destroyed 8313 dogs and 12,329 cats and they state that healthy animals are destroyed because they are opposed to keeping dogs in kennels for lengthy periods. How long is too long? That is a staggering 22 dogs and 33 cats per day.The RSPCA state that  ‘animals of unknown origin’ will be euthanised after only seven days!

In June 2009, 10 pet German Shepherds were slaughtered after their owner died in Pontardawe South Wales. They were slaughtered by the RSPCA with a captive bolt gun.

For those of you that think this is a malicious slur on what they claim is 'the nation's best loved and most respected animal welfare charity' - BELIEVE IT. We use the word SLAUGHTER because The RSPCA inspectors used a captive bolt gun which is a weapon used in slaughterhouses to stun animals prior to bleeding!!

Do you want your pet slaughtered the way the RSPCA slaughtered the 10 German Shepherd Dogs?

In last weeks OUR DOGS columnist Robert Killick told of 10 GSD’s that had apparently been left homeless after the death of their owner in Pontardawe, South Wales.

OUR DOGS subsequently received a massive amount of information and background from Jayne Shenstone of German Shepherd Rescue and in turn, this has led to the Kennel Club becoming involved, letters and press releases being issued and a huge campaign against The RSPCA on its own Facebook website. By Vince Hogan and Ali Smith.  (OUR DOGS)

The RSPCA wouldn't help Lulu and Bruno. The RSPCA wouldn't help Lulu and Bruno. Bruno is now DEAD!!

We think you will be shocked by the appalling treatment of these dogs. The RSPCA however, think it's OK. We need you to act now. Bruno's last days.

AUGUST 2009 - Sadly Bruno had to be put to sleep last week after a lifetime of neglect. He was sold to the rescue for £200 (the only way we could get him out) but was suffering from advanced lymphoma and kidney failure. The owner knew the dog was ill but had not taken him to a vet. Lulu has disappeared.

The puppy was also sold to the rescue for £150 and is safe. Fluffy, however, is being subjected to the same level of neglect that poor Bruno and Lulu suffered and winter is on its way. Fluffy now at risk
